Terms and Conditions:
- Valid only at Cruz-N-Shine car wash facilities that participate.
- Valid only for the services listed in the program. Details may be found in the program brochure. Other services may incur additional fees.
- One car wash per day is allowed for registered vehicles only.
- The program’s unlimited pass sticker must be displayed on registered cars.
- The unlimited pass sticker cannot be put behind tinted windshield glass or any other device that prevents the Cruz-N-Shine attendant from seeing the sticker. The program excludes vehicles with tinted front windshields.
- To participate in the program, you must have a valid credit or debit card. Each month, a monthly program fee will be paid to the customer’s Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card.
- The initial charge will be made on the customer’s first day in the program, and recurrent charges will be made on the anniversary date each month after that.
- If you choose to cancel the program, please send an email to us at info@cruznshine.com. To avoid the next payment being posted, all cancellation requests must be filed three days before to the plan’s recharge date. If you have any more queries, please contact us through email at info@cruznshine.com
- If you cancel before your monthly charge date, you will not receive a partial month(s) refund.
- Cruz-N-Shine car wash customer support may be reached through email at info@cruznshine.com
- If Cruz-N-Shine is unable to charge a customer’s credit/debit card owing to the card’s expiration date or other change in information, the customer’s participation in the program will be terminated and his/her pass sticker will be deactivated five (5) days after the unsuccessful charge.
- Replacement sticker: If the sticker on a registered vehicle gets damaged, is no longer visible, the car is sold, or the windshield is changed, the client must contact Cruz-N-Shine. When a customer’s unique identification number is replaced, it will be deactivated and a new number will be given. The new customer number will be reflected on the sticker. Please replace your sticker at any participating Cruz-N-Shine outlet.
- Vehicles must meet Cruz-N-Shine car wash requirements. Changes to an existing customer’s vehicle that are not in accordance with Cruz-N-Shine car wash standards may result in program termination. Please visit the site manager for more information and confirmation that the car fits the requirements.
- Stickers are the exclusive property of Cruz-N-Shine Car Wash and must be returned upon demand. Participation in the program will be immediately cancelled without reimbursements if the windshield sticker is tampered with or the program is exploited in any way that is inconsistent with its terms and conditions.
- By paying the difference between the “unlimited pass” wash and the particular services or package ordered, customers can upgrade their “unlimited pass” wash to a special service or package wash.

- At any time, no other discounts or special offers may be used in association with the unlimited vehicle wash program.
- Pricing is subject to change without notice at any moment. To prevent future costs, you must cancel after your Plan anniversary dates if we send notification of a pricing change.
- The terms and conditions may change at any time without notice.
- Cruz-N-Shine Car Wash has the right to cancel any unlimited pass or the program at any moment and without warning.
- There will be no refunds if an Cruz-N-Shine location shuts early or doesn’t open due to weather or equipment maintenance.
- Minimum 3 month commitment.
Liability for Vehicle Condition and Accessories
Although our wash is very safe, cruz n shine is not responsible for:
- Prior damage
- Stickers/Magnets
- Valuables
- License plates
- Hood emblems
- Luggage racks
- Bike racks
- Hitch/wheel covers
- Valve stems
- Antennas (please secure, remove or lower them)
- Wiper blades (please disable automatic wipers)
- Side mirrors (please fold them in)
- Chips or cracks in windows that spider or spread
- Loose body molding, trim, chrome or plastic inserts
- Any non-factory installed parts, accessories or equipment
- Anything on vehicle over 7 years old or over 100,000 miles
- We don’t touch or clean console touch screens displays.
- Enable carwash mode on electric/regular cars; we are not responsible.
- We are not responsible for auto car lock.
- We are not responsible for the dead batteries or jumpstart.
- Place your Keys in cupholder.
Termination
Damage must be reported prior to leaving wash premise. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to or usage of the Service if you violate any of these Terms.

For your safety, the entire lot is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using the most up-to-date camera equipment. From the minute you arrive on our property, your vehicle will be monitored by color video optics. You and your belongings are in good hands when it comes to preventing theft, vandalism, and damage to your car.
5. Is it necessary for each of the vehicles I own to have its own membership?
Yes, A unique bar code is assigned to each vehicle registered in our unlimited car wash membership.
6. What if I decide to sell my car?
To transfer your Unlimited Car Wash Club plan to another car, go to the Contact page contact us and fill out the Ask a Question form below, and a Customer Service Representative will call you to confirm your request within 48 hours.
