Do you accept walk-ins or is it appointment only?

We welcome walk-ins all day, every day. No appointment is needed - just stop by whenever it’s convenient.

What are your hours of operation?

We’re open 7 days a week. For the latest hours, please check our footer or contact page. Hours may vary during bad weather.

How long does a wash or detailing service take?

Can I request a service online?

Yes. You can submit a request through our Contact Page form for services, promotions, or general inquiries. Our team will follow up to assist you.

Is your service safe for Teslas, EVs, or luxury vehicles?

Yes. We use gentle, non-abrasive techniques and premium products that are safe for all vehicle types, including electric and luxury cars.

Do you use eco-friendly products?

Yes. We use biodegradable, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for your vehicle and the environment.

Do you offer undercarriage or engine cleaning?

Yes. Undercarriage cleaning is included in select packages, and engine cleaning is available as a specialty service.

What if I’m not satisfied with my wash?

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right, let our team know before you leave - we’ll make it right.

Do I need to remove personal items before the wash?

Yes. Please remove valuables and loose items from your vehicle before service. This helps ensure a safe and thorough cleaning.

Are there any items you are not responsible for?

Yes. We are not responsible for damage related to non-factory accessories, loose items, antennas, or pre-existing damage. Please review our vehicle care notice on-site.

Do I need to prepare my car before the wash?

Yes. Please ensure your vehicle is in park, engine off, windows closed, and automatic wipers turned off before exiting.
