I’ve been driving for over 50 years and currently own a Lexus, so I tend to be particular about how my vehicle is treated. I recently visited this car wash and was very pleased with the experience.
One thing that stood out to me was how accessible and easy everything was to navigate. The entrance was clearly marked, there was plenty of room to maneuver my vehicle, and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. As a senior citizen, I appreciate businesses that make things comfortable for older customers.
The staff was courteous and patient when explaining the wash options, and they were happy to answer my questions. I also noticed that the walkways were well maintained and easy to access, which is something many places overlook.
Most importantly, my Lexus came out looking excellent. The exterior was spotless, the wheels were cleaned thoroughly, and the finish had a nice shine without any streaks. It’s obvious they take pride in their work and pay attention to detail.
Overall, I found the service professional, accessible, and senior-friendly. I’ll certainly be returning and would recommend this car wash to anyone, especially fellow seniors who value good customer service and careful treatment of their vehicles.

I’m not someone who gets car washes frequently — usually only when my white car gets really dirty or after driving in winter conditions when I want an undercarriage wash after exposure to road salt. Cruz N Shine has become my go-to place.
I appreciate that they keep things simple and don’t try to upsell extra services. I can get a straightforward wash with undercarriage cleaning and be on my way. Another big plus for me is that they allow me to drive my own car through, which I really appreciate, because I don’t carry my Tesla key card around.
Easy experience, no pressure, and exactly what I need every time. Highly recommend!

Great customer service and great accommodation from Ikeal and Ali, extremely friendly and understanding, I was basically a walk-in for car seat cleaning, I had throw up in the back seat from my buddy, they took care of me and accommodated me on the spot, cleaned beautifully, I am very happy with my experience.

I had an amazing experience at Cruz N Shine Car Wash. My car was completely covered with tree sap (some of it stuck for almost two years!) and I honestly didn’t think it could ever look clean again. I spoke with the manager, Khalil, who was very kind, respectful, and helpful. He assured me that they could take care of it, even though it might take some time.
To my surprise, they finished in less than an hour and the results were unbelievable—my car looks brand new! They removed all the sap, cleaned the car inside and out, and went above and beyond my expectations. I haven’t seen my car this clean in months.
Khalil and his team truly deserve recognition for their hard work, honesty, and professionalism. I will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!
